Newman Club

Hofstra Newman Club is the student-run Catholic club on campus and is set out to spread the loving message of the Catholic Church to all students at Hofstra. We build our meetings and events upon the four pillars of prayer, education, service, and community in order to build a family with a common identify in their faith. Newman Club meetings are held every Wednesday at 9:30 PM in Student Center Room 143. As for regular events, we offer various social events, theology events, prayer opportunities, and much more throughout the semesters. In addition, we offer a retreat every fall, giving the students a chance to step away from college life and grow more deeply in the faith.

Catholic Campus Ministry, which works closely with Newman Club, holds Mass every Sunday at 5 PM and Wednesday at 9 PM in the Greenhouse. We have digital men's and woman's Bible study with our FOCUS missionaries.
